Support group for English- or Polish speaking women
Stuðningshópur fyrir konur af erlendum uppruna.
On Wednesday the 10th of November at 17:00, a support group for English- or Polish speaking women will meet at the Cancer Society's building Skógarhlíð 8, 105 Reykjavík. The group is intended for women who have been diagnosed with cancer and could benefit from meeting other women with similar experience.
If you have been diagnosed with cancer, or even one of your family members or friends, you are welcome to join the group. No registration required in advance, but we remind everyone of personalized infection prevention.
The Cancer Society offers individuals who have been diagnosed with cancer and their relatives, individual support in the form of interviews. The support is given by nurses and psychologists. The service is open from Mondays to Thursdays from 9-16 and on Fridays from 9-14. You are welcome to contact us if you think you are in need for support.
